Not sure what engine you have but with the 4.2 this is exactly right. Remove
the belly cover and you will see two down pipes that are actually the cat-converters. There are two O2 sensors on each side sticking out towards the front. They are very easily accessible with one towards the top of the cat and one towards the bottom.
