Default Who is the manufacturer of the Turbo in 2.7D?

I have a faulty (righthandside) turbo in my 2004 2,7D. I've had it removed and calibrated (not quite sure about my english here) but I'm still getting a Restricted performance error. The mechs say that it's probably a problem with the electronic controler of the turbo.

So my question is: who makes the turbos for 2004 diesel S-types? And do you think that it's possible to find a used one somewhere near where I live (say GB, Germany, France, etc.)?

I'm still trying to phrase my google.
