Now I understand why you're having trouble finding a car. Anything in Canada within that price range is going to have fairly high mileage. I'd add a couples of G's and start there. You'll be happier in the long run.

i got offered a 2000 s type 4.0 liter for 5grand flat.it had only 120,000KM on it.

i didnt buy it because im not risking buying a 2000

I would like to have had a S-Type with the manual trans. It is so much better driving a manual everyday..IMO anyway..

Has anyone ever seen a 3.0 X-Type with a manual trans? I was told they made those too, besides the 2.5 manual X-Type.
