Drove it today.
Went there and back.
76 miles.
Faultless.
And the sun was shining.

Today, I was parked and two ladies pulled up and parked. They got out and asked me if the red jag was mine. "Yes ma'am" I said. One of them told the car was gorgeous. Not a bad day.

I have only used my STR four times since Christmas, and it needs a clean, but just looking out and seeing it there ready to go on my driveway makes me feel good inside!

Yesterday I was making plans with a friend to make a 500 mile round trip. His first comment was "Can we take your car? I have never ridden in a Jag before...". Yes, Jags are special and even older ones to inspire admiration. (...and, no, he was not just angling for a free ride on my dime, he offered to pay for the fuel... lol)
