Default Window Problem

I noticed after washing my car, that I had some water on the inside of my pass. side front door. My window doesn't go all the way up. It is just short of reaching the top. It is still in the black seal area. I can also push the window all the way up, but if I close the door or drive down a bumpy road, it goes back down.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Sounds like a window regulator. Check for posts on here for that concern. Early s-types were prone to regulator failures. Check online or at a parts house for a Lincoln LS regulator. They were nearly identical and cheaper.

I was afraid of that. I found this on Ebay:

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Does this look reasonable or should I look else where?

Looks good! Your lucky that the early cars used the same regulator as the LS.
