I think the recent post above belongs in the 'first generation' S-type section.

Looks like consensus is that wire wheels look great...when the car is stationary. Not for daily use.

Watched that episode to, loved the wheel making part stringing spokes.
Living in the north of the US, not a good choice for wheels, To much work.
