Does anybody can tell me what the ripped plastic-tube with bright grey cap is for? (grey cap is usually not fixed)

There is also another tube below which goes back and forward. You only can see the forward cap with a little whole. At the back, behind the canister, ist is open.

both tubes comes from the gas tank area.

Should these tubes be connected to something or just open?

Well I found out that through the ripped tube flows water out. But I still don't know what the other small tube is for. Any suggestions? Thanks

 

Possible wiring protection for adaptive suspension, not used if not equipped???
Just a guess.
