Hey, Candy. I got my cross-drilled rotors, front and rear from "Brake performance.com". The brake pads that I'm currently using are Akebono Euro Ceramic and I got them from Amazon.com. As far as performance difference, braking feel and distance is about the same as stock. No loud noise from pads or rotors either when braking. I love these pads because there is NO MORE DUST, so they're excellent. Upgrading to bigger brakes will require a bigger calipers and rotors, and brake pads. So something like this probably would be available from Baer or Stoptech or Brembo. It would be expensive like more than $1k and probably would require for you to run a bigger diameter wheel. Of course you can upgrade to S type R brakes but there is just too much stuff to switch out and again probably would be expensive unless you would buy a wrecked STR.

The adhesive is very strong. I have had the lip on for over a year now, in all weather conditions including snow, it still looks great and is well attached.

Appearance wise it looks good. As a perfectionist for function over form, it probably goes against the wind tunnel testing done by Jaguar but who cares. I say keep it on.

So far after having it on for a year, the rubber is still attached, no rips, not faded, doesn't really collect any dirt. My brother calls it "garage door sweeper", lol

Thank you for sharing pics of your EZ Lip. I just recently had the OEM lip tear off on a parking block so I am ordering my EZ Lip today, will update with pics after I get it and install it.

03Jagg, what did you have done to you wheels? I love the color and think that color would look good on my white STR.

I was getting my quarter panel fixed at a BMW dealership for my Jag and a paint guy told me that they paint wheels there. So they remove the tires from the rims, prep them, paint them in a color that you want, then remount and balance the wheels. I think I paid $400 for everything, but the price could vary. So far after a year, the finish is still perfect.

They look very nice. Any idea on what color the paint is? I like that its not real dark, but still has a nice clean look.

Edit: after looking back at the picture it looks like they are the same color as your car.

My car is silver and the wheels are light gunmetal gray. No particular color code was used.

thanks 03jagg! great idea for an alternative lip , i would love a mina lip but the price is ridicules , $1450nzd shipped . no thanks and ill wipe it off in 10mins flat .
i just put one of these ez-lips on mine for $55nzd . for no other reason than for looks , and in my eyes it looks great . i made 13 flat alloy retainers plates and riveted them up sandwiching the ez-lip up , as well as the 3m tape. should hold up fine if not these are cheep to re do . also stuck a roof wing on the rear window . i quite like that to !
ill get some day light shots when i get a chance !

Funny how some of these older threads surface, when you have an idea, and think it's a new one.

Nice touch, I'd say, and a great idea to add pop rivets ( I probably haven't used a rivet gun in over 10 years, so it's a good excuse). Would love to see what a rear window spoiler looks like on a "S". The stock one on the boot of a STR is small, yet tasteful (that's another thread).
