Default Must Be A Faulty Coolant Sensor

Low coolant came on last night but it looks to be the same level as it was when I picked her up. This looks normal right guys?

About an inch and a half or so away from the neck

It should be a quarter inch or less, yours is definitely low on coolant.

Inside the tank on the forward corner towards the engine is a float that will some time gum up. You can gently move it up and down to clean the area it rides on. Then make sure the level is within a 1/4 inch of the top. If it continues to lose coolant have the system pressure tested.
Cats do not like being overheated. They react badly.

Thanks for the info. I feel what is left of the float. A small stump can be pushed up and down in the reservoir but it stays beneath the coolant. I hope she hasnt been overheated before I've gotten her. I don't smell burning coolant or see steam out of the tailpipes and no emulsification in coolant or oil. I will keep an eye on it though.
