The restaurant re-confirmed our booking today. On the day for drinks, please just buy your own at the bar, you can pay directly or set up a tab to pay at the end.

See you there on Saturday from 11:30 for a noon start. We will be milling about out the front unless we have rain.

Thanks all for the turnout today, good to catch up and meet Nigel for the first time. Mike and Sofi will give us a date for the coast run down the Great Ocean Road soon, so we can lock it in or start planning/shuffling thing around to attend. Hope you can make it , sounds like a good weekend.

A BIG thank you to you and Sandra for organising the day.

It was great to meet everyone and chat about so many common things.

The company was great, the food & wine spot on.

And what more could have we asked of the fine weather and those massive crowds outside all day.

Thanks Steve and Sandy for organising another great venue. Food was fantansic. Apologies for bailing early, but we had to make Woodend for 5 pm 50th birthday, and we did.

When the topic came up during the evening, several of our friends had already heard of The Independent at Gembrook and are going to make the trip.

Looking forward to the Great Ocean Road Cruise. I might consider coming from the Sorrento side on the ferry to break things up a little.
