Default New wheels by Coventry

Coventry is a TSW subsidiary that makes wheels specifically for jaguars. They work with OEM lugs and keep the original offsets for an easy swap with factory wheels. These are rotary forged and impressive quality for a mid range replacement wheel. A bit more chrome than I would like but they are growing on me.

Too busy for my eye, but nice to see more options.

Because you have the black pack, I would tone down the chrome a bit by getting black lugnuts (OEMs should be replaced anyway) and a black Jag center cap (set is about $20 on Ebay).

Beautiful FT btw.

Certainly good to see some other wheels mounted on a car.

To my eye, they are too 'flowery' with 'petals' for spokes.

Perhaps a diamond turned lip would have helped instead of black....wish I was handy with Paintshop Pro!

I actually forgot to tell the shop to put my red growlers from the OEM wheels on these. Oops. Now I can't get them out. Tried the duct tape trick from YouTube to no avail. Need to find a stronger adhesive.

The only safe way to get the centre caps out without any risk of damage is to take the rims off and push them out from behind. Yes, a PITA, but worth it IMO.
I've tried the tape method but never even come close to succeeding despite using the strongest tape I could find.

@Nati

If you want to get centre caps off WITHOUT removing the wheels, use a holt melt glue gun with a short stick of some description.

Tape is only any good on loose fitting caps.

Nati - people here were not so brutal to me when I was considering adding a red outer colored ring to my black wheels .... rough crowd. I never mind honest opinions though at all. If you ever want to throw in the towel - LOL! -- just know the wheels can be powdercoated all black for about $400.

I think they would look very good powdercoated. It will match the IRR/black very well.

Don't worry about me - I've been around this group long enough to know they don't like pretty much everything.

I've seen some pretty atrocious $1000+ HRE wheels on this forum as well. But opinions are like ********

Agree with a previous poster - might look good if the outside rim were chrome as well. Not keen on the design as is, looks like flower petals.

Agreed.
But not all the Coventry wheels are fugly, I have a set of Coventry Whitleys which I briefly put on the F-Type while I was getting the gutter rash repaired on one of the rear Blades, here's a pic:

Yes, the wheel arch gap is a bit "off road", but that's because the tyre is XFR-spec 285/30R20 vs the F-Type 295/30R20. And the rim is only 10" wide vs the Blade 10.5" wide.
