A few months ago I purchased my 3rd Jaguar, a 2001 XJR in white (117,000 miles)
When the car was sold to me previous owner let me know ABS light was on.
I took delivery of the car and the very next day it had a blown head gasket!
It cost me a lot of money to get the blow head gasket fixed.
After that was done I went ahead and tried to deal with the ABS module.
The ABS module that was on my car was fried so I bought one online from Module Repair out in California.
I received the new module and immediately the car stated "Wrong part fitted".
I had them send me a new module with the correct part #.
Car is still have the issue along with many faults.
Scanning tools cannot read the OBD2 port any more, claims its due to network error with ECM.
Here are my cars symptoms and codes.
1. Car will not get out of 1st gear
2. Transmission jerks when I put it in Drive or Reverse
3. Car tends to over heat since it cannot get out of first gear
4. Power steering slowly getting harder
DASH LIGHTS
Low brake fluid
Trac not available
ABS not available
Restricted Performance
Ebrake light on
ABS light on
Check engine light on
First thing I'd check would be the battery...voltage, corrosion, grounds.
The P codes can be related, check the catalytic converter first, also try unplugging the MAF to see if it helps.

The 1135 is most likely related to the catalytic converter....btw, if the CAT is plugged, the car will not run properly, it will do almost everything you describe.
The B codes are body codes, like mirror fault, seat fault...almost assuredly from bad ground.

If I were you, turn ignition key on, engine off, clear as many codes out as you can and then turn key off. Do not start the engine after you cleared codes. Perform a hard reset with both battery terminals connected together for 15 seconds. Start the engine back up and see what comes up from there.
Even though you've dealt with a few ABS modules, I still think you either have another bad ABS module or you may have a bent pin inside the module connector.
