The detail with the mother and baby Jaguar are fun. I like the overall design and think it will do well. Vide of the debut is on the homepage:

While I like E-Pace, I think it is priced too high what a CUV. It should be significantly cheaper than F-pace, while it is priced almost identically.

It is a lot cheaper over here - cheaper than the base XE I think. It starts at $48K against the F Pace $74K.

I like the interior (f type style cockpit) and the f type style lights are growing on me. Looks nicer in the video than the stills.

For me the base price is only a starting point. It's the options that pile up. If I spec an E-Pace the way I want, it comes to US$60K. If I similarly spec the F-Pace, the two variants I might consider come to $65K and $71K. Not enough difference to come down on the side of the "baby", unless its handling is vastly better.

Isn't the E-Pace vastly faster than the F-Pace?

I think electric cars are becoming very desirable and command a premium over gassers simply for being "high tech." The more gadgetry the better!

Nevermind, I get the E-Pace and the I-Pace mixed up! D'oh!

The ungainly XYZ-Pace names are driving me bonkers.

Yes, now let me find the keys to my XKR-S GT...

Oops, I didnt buy one of those, but I do have an F-Type S...not the 2014 F Type S which was a supercharged 8 - that's now an F Type R. I mean the F Type S supercharged 6 that is now an F Type R - dynamic - no, not the F Type R, that has the V8 - I mean the R dynamic which has one more word but two less cylinders...

bugger it, I think I'll buy an E Pace. "E" is for electric, right? No, that is the i-Pace, like an iPhone. Oh, OK. So the E Pace looks like an XE, right? No, it looks like an F Type. But wouldnt that be the F Pace? (sigh) No, the F Pace is bigger like an XF...F, get it? E is smaller like the XE. Right, so then the F Type must be a big sportcar, like the XF in size. No (rolls eyes). The F Type is the progression from the E Type. E then F, get it? So the E and the F always mean that it is the cabin size - except when it doesnt.

That isnt very logical.

No, if you want logical, go buy an audi and be bored to death.

This is exactly why Jaguar branding department should be fired wholesale.
