Is someone able to tell me the finish on the passenger dash trim
It looks to be "Rich Oak", but maybe just a tad to the red side? It may be the lighting, my monitor or the camera used that makes it look a tiny reddish.
I have Rich Oak in mine, the only wood-grain I like.

Never been a huge fan of wood grain in the xk however it looks a treat !
I agree that it's Figured Ebony. Rich Oak was introduced in the North American market with the 4.2L 2009 XKR Portfolio models. Here's mine:
Wow does that look nice. I sure wish they did the caramel with the oyster. I was going to get your interior, but was concerned how well that ivory would wear. Had a similar color leather on my VDP, but they use different hides on the VDP than on other Jaguar models (supposedly)...
Can't believe no one hasn't put their hand up for the range rover interior
I was at a LR dealer near me yesterday as I had a minor problem with my smart key. They fixed the software for me, then went and washed my car inside and out, replaced the remote battery and charged me Zero Dollars. The Service guy said he had to shoo all the techs away as they were quite impressed with the XKR....
ANYWAY, while I was there waiting I checked out some Rovers.... yes they are nice and fancy, I was especially impressed with their Executive Rear Seating, with powered tables from the rear center console. Also, the better colors for the interior are only available on the Autobiography series and higher vehicles. Nice exterior colors also. They best be nice, prices were right around $150k.
I think the interior design in the XK is very well done, but the monotone color doesn't show it off very much. I drew up a redesign for my XK and hired a high-quality custom upholstery shop to install it in 2013. Another company specializing in rebuilding steering wheels modified mine to match the interior. They also changed the brushed aluminum pieces to wood-burl finish on steering wheel and dash. The interior is holding up beautifully and still gets rave reviews from those who see it. Check out the installation and final result here. There are 2 pages showing it all. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-08-xk-101601/
Recovered seats, instrument hood and other panels in Ridgeback 'gator leather. Soundproofed floor with new brown carpets and belts. Installed aftermarket woodgrain kit on console and center stack.
Door panels enhanced with contrasting color and hides. Aftermarket leaper on speaker grills.
Rear seats and side panels recovered. Console reshaped and upholstered. Vintage emblems on seat-backs.
Rebuilt steering wheel and replaced emblem with vintage growler. Changed aluminum trim to burl-wood finish.
Ultra-suede headliner with "gator covered roof rails and upper console.
Refinished the trunk and luggage cover, too.
Installed this puddle light on underside of doors, along with blue glow-strips under the consoles, in door panels, foot wells, and trunk.
That car is a legend! Really over the top and well sewn. For sure it's not for everyone, but hat's off to the owner; his passion and execution of it all.
I do like the blue and white two tone XK interior. Wonder why they didn't do other two toned interiors?
During my search I found a 2013 Stratus Gray with a Charcoal and Ivory two tone interior. Really liked it but didn't move on it fast enough since it was a little above my budget.
