When I got mine second hand / used at 19 months old and about 18,000 miles the OEM decals were a very faded yellow/gold colour, definitely not white.
This pic shows how they looked:

They are now white, courtesy of new decals.
I didn't repaint the calipers as the paint on them was still very good, I simply stuck new decals over the top of the originals. They aren't a perfect match size-wise, if you look closely you can still see little bits of the original decals, but no-one but me will ever notice.
Here's a pic:

Looking at your pic in post #1, and going by how mine looked, I would say the OEM colour is a very light silver which would look white in some conditions and pale gold in others.
Regards size, which one do you mean, the OEM decal or the replacement?
The replacement is a couple of mm longer and also very slightly curved while the OEM one is straight.

I couldn't find the seller I got mine from listed, but if you look closely you will see two different fonts.
The difference is mainly in the shape of the foot of the J, the later font (which matches the OEM F-Type decal font) is the one with a longer and flatter foot.
So the nearest match to the one I got is the fourth listing down, which as you will see is slightly curved and not straight like the OEM decals.
You get 3 x two sizes in the pack, 55 mm and 80 mm, you want the bigger ones for the front calipers.

So you used 80 mm ones is that correct, they were close to size, they do look well, saw a xj parked in a car park with standard red calipers, got a cheeky measurement and the fronts were only 60mm, straight decal , not curved.

Yep, I used the 80 mm ones and as I said before they are a little longer than the OEM ones (yes, more like 20 mm longer not the "couple of mm" I said before) but they still fit on the flat part of the anti-rattle clip although they overlap the dead flat bit onto the slightly lower bit by a couple of mm at each end. And they are very slightly curved which I think looks better than the straight OEM ones, as the curve matches the curve of the anti-rattle clip.
Alternatively you could use the smaller ones which would fit easily on the flat part of the clip, or you could even put them on the caliper holder (the straightish bit towards the front of the car from the anti-rattle clip) where they would just fit for width.

Mine have no decals so nothing to cover up. I might have to do this next time i have a reason to pull the wheels.

There are lots of choices when not needing to cover old lettering up - this is probably my fav - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-Brak...1WzCSs&vxp=mtr 3" is slightly shorter than 80mm and would be a good fit.

Are our brakes Brembo OEM? Their logo is decent.

Nup, the OEM brakes are not Brembos, they are TRW.
