New rebuilt abs module with brake flash, and fluid: $672

Each wheel bearing hub kit: $540

Seems "fair"... Couldn't imagine what a dealership might charge if this is an independent shop.

 

I don't know about the ABS module, but $1,080 to replace the rear wheel bearings? I had under $150 in OEM parts (wheel bearings and hub nuts) for both rear hubs together. I know not everyone likes to tackle a job like that, but in my opinion it is not worth nearly $930+ in labor.

 

ABS possibly the usual pin suspects.

Jagbits sells the rear bearing kit for about $23. Axle nut cost about $26.

why x3 to replace each wheel bearing? are there 6 rear wheels on your car?

Lossking, I just replaced the bearings last week. Some of the available instructions are confusing, I spent way too much time deciphering little stuff. It's not a hard job at all. Let us know if you feel like spending a few hours on it. We will fill you in.
