A regular, replaceable double DIN stereo.
Physical climate controls.
TPMS delete
LSD (Torsen)
Softer rear sway bar
A coolant gauge
Operable rear window in the coupe
A better supercharger with more headroom
Manual transmission
An open "duck bill"
Easier to service automatic
Louder active exhaust with crackle

Many of these have been mentioned, but that is because they are so true:

Physical Button for climate control
Better infotainment system or a standard double din that could just be swapped out
Ability to recline seats more on the coupe
Fold down rear seats in coupe.

FYI, the TPMS cannot be deleted. Thanks to the Firestone blowout saga those are required by federal law.

Remote Start !!!!
Not just heated seat, but the back of the seats heated also.
Transmission Dipstick
fold down rear seats
Better sound system with BT
No soft buttons on screen - knobs and buttons only (one of the few things I liked about the Land Rover)
Voice command
More Wood
Either no leather dash or at least fix the delaminating issue
lighted cup holders
somehow give me a hood design with a Leaper!
Hardtop convertible

You have the 09 model. You can have the dealer activate Voice Command via SDD. Works on the 09 models and is for phone and Navigation.

That leaper remark might get you banned

I hope you mean Analog Gauges! No coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, Supercharger boost, RPM / Torque... what were they thinking.

And like everyone else here; LSD!

But they sure got the driveability right.

Too bad its equally difficult finding 3rd party solutions...

The digital gauge cluster style from the XJ would be nice and be able to configure the layout. I don't care about analog gauges any more.

M/T is fine, but Round Headlights? The current ones are way TOO round, they need to be sharper and meaner.

Lot's of items people are mentioning here can be fixed.

Mechanical LSD = Quaife (Torsen type), I have one in my XKR

Voice command = has been activated in my XKR

Bluetooth Audio = is working in my XKR, using a WMA1000 on the iPod cable, and FYI the Portable Audio interface for iPod & USB from the 2009-onward can be retrofitted to an earlier car, I did this last weekend on Steve_K's '07 XK

Reverse camera = fitted to my XKR

Better sounding audio = maybe, I'm working on it.

TPMS delete = although not legal for some, it is possible, the TPMS has been turned off in my XKR

Softer rear sway bar = that's possible, take one from an XJ

Louder active exhaust with crackle = mine is too loud now LOL

Just a touch of E type, round lights always look good. I consider the early models to have a bulbous headlight design. Can't change that so here I am, wishing it. Lol

I'll second the ridding of the plastic reservior in the engine bay.

I'll second or third the requirement of the seat back being able to actually recline without hitting structure (my main BITCH).

I like the idea of a pass through from the trunk to the passenger area.

An extra 40hp for the 4.2 non supercharged engine.

I don't like truncated rear ends like the F-Type/Aston...so forgetaboutit.

Start making the XK again and NEVER make a four seater XK. Look at the XKE four seater and compare it to the two seater XKE and you should see just why. Dump the F-Type and start making XK's again.

And all that selling at the original 2007 4.2 price. Lotsa luck with that.

Actually when I thnk about it, the Aston Martin Rapide four seater turned out ok for a four seater DB9. Oh well. Conflicted.

OH YES.......a much larger fuel tank. Instead of 18.7 make it at least 23 gallons. YOU figue out how to fit a larger tank. That's Jaguars problem, not mine. Tired of a car that can only go maybe, at best, 400 miles on a long trip.

Yep, give me at LEAST a water gauge. Did it on the XJL, so do it on all your cars Again.

The thread owner said/wrote 4.2 engine. So....I don't believe the 4.2 has direct injection. So do that too.

Blue tooth that interfaces with a bluetooth quiet comfort headset for quieter long distance drives.

Footrest (dead pedal) to match other pedals as standard equipment.

Leaper logo on shifter.

Affordable carbon fiber-look engine cover.

Remove the electric e-brake and put a good ol' pull up hand brake.

Not too sure about DI with the intake valve gumming problems the 5.0 guys complain about. Fuel keeps them clean.

Well then, a nice 150-shot of wet nitrous would probably do a good job with that.
Should I or shouldn't I?
