My 2007 XK vert’s battery terminal looks to have a vertical accessory threaded post.

Seems a great place to connect the CTEK convenience panel.

Anyone know what that is threaded (10mm fine, for example)? I don’t have a large stock of nuts to test with and I’d rather not buy 100 just to find one.

Installed a few of these for customers in the past, its a M8 x1.25, shouldn't need anything longer than 20mm though.

 

I believe that is the CTEK connection spec.

I am asking about the XKs existing accessory terminal.

Yes, on the positive cable - it has a threaded hole in it to add something that needs power. A bolt that would fit in there would be a M8x1.25, F-Types have the same thing.

Accessory Battery terminal is in fact an M6x1.
