Default Paddle Shifter Extensions/Larger Paddles for Jaguar FType

Hi Guys,

Putting this out there to gauge interest. We're looking at making some larger shift paddles for the current model Jags. At the moment we are planning on machined & brushed aluminum, possibly offering a powder coating option as well.

Would probably be IRO $250/set, direct fit replacement for the OEM paddles and made in the exact style as OEM so they don't look aftermarket, more like an OEM upgrade.

What does everyone think? If there's enough interest we'll probably do a group buy/pre buy once they are signed off. Images below were printed in Plastic, but production parts would be aluminum.

I would be interested - but just got mine back from being replaced with CF. I think the concepts you have posted are great. FDM part?

Nice.

For me I'd want them machined and in orange, similar orange to the copper orange colour some F-types come, ideally with a brushed aluminum finish so they look premium and factory, just different colour and bigger.

If possible try to make them click more too, probably not possible but paddles that audible clip are nice.

Do you have to remove wheel to change?

P.S. Any update on intake tubes for more SC whine in the car?

No, just a torx screw that pulls the assembly off.

Yes the red concepts posted above are FDM parts printed from aluminum. They were then sanded and painted/cleared with a Ford factory paint I had lying around. This wasn’t the most economical process...

Do not have to remove the wheel to change. I can take videos of their operation if anyone is interested.

Additionally these will fit just about any modern Jaguar or Land Rover with paddles made in the last 5-7 years.

Sweet! (sorry for the thread spam). I will, probably down the line, be bored of my paddles and want a set.

I would be interested in a set of red ones to match my salsa red at that price. Like Gibbo said it would be nice to have a set that have a audible click but that might be impossible. Either way i'd probably buy a set.

Interested. If they were in matte carbon to match the OEM carbon dash trim, absolutely will buy at higher price.

Interested in carbon or aluminum, orange would clash would my red interior. Red would be ok, but may be too prominent a color.

I would be interested in red (matching the IRR and red seatbelts) or carbon - if you can ship to Norway.
