Default Can you still buy New Brake Pumps for Pre-Facelift XJS V12?

Hi Guys

It looks like the Brake Pump Motor on my 1990 Pre-Facelift XJS V12 has burnt out, as when I separated it from the Fluid Pump part

The Brake Pump Motor has been locked up solid and won't even turn with the Aid of a Spanner

Which could be why it kept Blowing Fuses?

(while the Fluid Pump part is OK and Spins round freely)

I also swapped it over for the one from my Parts Car and that is also locked up!

Could be a Coincidence I suppose?

And so it looks like a New Brake Pump may be the answer but can you still buy them in the UK or are they NLA?

Brake Pump Motor (on the left of pic) is Seized Solid but the Pump (with the slot) Spins Freely

What are the chances both pumps are seized though? Seems odd.

Hi Vancouver

Agreed it did seem odd but my Parts Car aka 'The Body Filler Express' only ever made one trip from the Auction to my House

Where having just made it back to base, the Brakes locked up and the Car very nearly caught fire

(so that might be the reason for that Brake Pump not working)
