Default Jaguar x300 xj6 3.2 strange ticking noise

Good evening, everyone. I would like to ask the x300 experts for some advice. For a few months now, I have noticed that my xj6 3.2 makes a strange ticking noise when idling. When i start the engine for the first time in the morning (cold) i don't hear any noise.During warm up the noise increase. It sounds like a valve noise, but I can also hear it in the lower part of the engine. Someone told me it might be cracked exaust pipes. Recently i welded a cracked exhaust. But the noise still remains the same. I recorded the noise. Maybe it is normal and I am worrying for nothing. Let me know what you think. Thank you very much.

The warming up of the oil and increasing the viscosity has the opposite reaction but ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

There is a TSB on the timing chain tensioner upgrade that ends up having a big cast arrow on it

Located engine block fwd on cars right

This is the TSB :

03.1-09

See file below page 26 figure 2

I already replaced the upper chain tensioner three years ago.
