Where is it on my 4.2, how do I replace it and how often should I?

Does the 4.2 have a similar breather system as the 4.0 ? IDK.

if so, it’s not a typical PCV system.

we have a part load breather on one side of the engine and a full load breather on the other side.

they can get clogged, needing un-clogging (never happened to me in 200,000+ miles of happy motoring).

But I don’t think there’s any replacement schedule, per se.

I removed everything, as there is always some oily moisture left, I simply washed it with water and detergent (dried it well with air) and put it back in place.
