Default What coolant do you use

I was working on my 2014 5.0 the other day. While removing a connector, I released about a cup of coolant. Now I have a low coolant warning. The coolant was recently replaced by my mechanic. I only need some makeup coolant. The coolant in the car is now pink or red. What coolant do you recommend to restore my level to "normal"?

My Xk was at Land Rover Bedford last August for cooling system repairs, the invoice list LRN2279.
I'll us it again, if that is available. Otherwise there are alternative brands and many threads on this.

That reminds me of grape flavored Zarex. It was a weird sugary syrup mix. Not a good coolant, not JLR approved, but probably a decent leak sealer...
