is it possible to remove the spoiler? is it bolted in or is it just double sided tape? would there be any damage to the paint by removing it?

 

I believe they are just held on with 3M tape, I did buy a used one many years ago and it had the remnants of the sticky tape still on the back, I never did get it painted and fitted and that was about 14 years ago , so a hair dryer to warm it up and some fishing line or tooth floss, then you would probably have to machine polish the surface afterwards.
