1997 XK8 Veilside body kit
Here's a few pictures of my dad's 1997 XK8 that he got back in 97. He added the kit a few years later but since he's not computer savvy at all he never posted the build online for us all to see.
I took the pictures today and decided to do all the work for him.
The bodykit is from Veilside...we were very excited when it arrived from Japan but when we took all the bits and the car to the autobody shop almost none of the parts matched up. There were gaps and all sorts of other things that needed to be remolded. Veilside weren't much help though they did offer a full refund. The autobody place said that they could make it work however and here's the final result. I'll have to ask him what brand of rims he settled on.
Here's a few of his daily driver. He also owns a new 2008 XKR the same color as his sedan.

I love the nose shot...the rest is gaudy, but the nose ducts are sweet. They just have to be alot flatter,so they dont bug out in the side view.The arden side skirts are much more sleek looking.

This is definitely a lovely car..its jaguar parts truly defines the elegance of Jaguar make..
