2003 S type 4.0 Limited Performance Indication

Jag runs great; however, there are times I am getting "limited performance" indications. This can happen in slow traffic or on interstate when I "throttle" it. Anyone else experienced this?

You should get the codes checked to help diagnosis.

Is it a 4.2 or 3.0?
