Holiday lights
Not sure how it is outside of the US - but this time of the year, lots of public spaces are decked out with Christmas lights decorations, some are really very ornate. Several small towns around the Hill country area of Central Texas are famous for throwing really nice displays. These are some of them.
Blanco county courthouse is at Johnson City, TX - birthplace of Lyndon B Johnson
Walkway of Lights is at the city of Marble Falls, on a public park by Lake Marble Falls
Pedernales Electric Co-op HQ is at Johnson City, TX - it is the headquarter of the local utility co-op, I think they throw the most spectacular displays even though only in 1 color.
Williamson county courthouse is at Georgetown, TX - about 6 miles from home.
