Rough Idle and spark plugs on your Jag

Rough idle is a common problem in almost every car. This is an interesting video showing a very unusual solution, which I tried in a bunch of Jaguars and it works, so I thought I shared it with my favorite forum:

Anybody changing the spark plugs should pay close attention!!!

I found copious amounts from the previous "mechanic" on the engine around the spark plug hole! It was a bear cleaning that out and not getting it down the hole!

I see there are several kinds of anti seize - copper, nickel,silver, other.. What is best (used sparingly ) between our aluminum block and steel spar plug?
