Default Battery 'cut off' - re parasitic drain

Hi,

as mentioned in previous post, have a parasitic drain on my 1990 XJ, and will try to diagnose, but if cant find fault does anyone use a battery cut off switch?

I saw this automatic one which is interesting

Any experience from anyone?

Thanks

Jaguar issued battery isolation devices (also known as 'transit isolation device') for shipping cars to North America.(disconnected power aboard ship)
I removed them when the cars got to the dealer and then returned them to the parts dept for return to Jaguar.
You might find one and 'reinstall' it on your car?
