I found one in the Netherlands with Worldwide shipping available:

Certainly a rare pattern and hard to find.
The Part Number MNF6118AB could help in searching. No longer available from Jaguar but their list price of £277.33 inc VAT will give an indication of a fair asking price for a new or used example.
