Roy,

We don't charge by the letter - no need for "TXT SPK" on the forum and no wish for it either.

The Region forum is for geographically relevant posts and technical questions should be posted in the relevant Model forum. Let's see how the Replies go here and I'll move it if necessary.

You have a difficult problem with a general "not monitored" fault - it's a lot easier to troubleshoot an individual wheel related issue. It really needs Jaguar SDD (with the facility to read Cxxxx codes) to determine whether the cause is a Sensor, an Initiator or the TPMS module. Also, if it applies to one or more wheels.

Here's how the message centre indication reacts to various events:

If you DON'T have Jaguar SDD but DO have a scantool which can clear DTC's:

1. Remove the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System power supply fuse and re-install it.
2. Clear DTCs and leave the vehicle stationary for 15 minutes, then drive it at a speed greater than 15.5 mph continuously for at least 10 minutes.

If it was simply an out-of-range signal that's caused the error message, this will clear it. If it's a component failure or harness fault, further investigation will be necessary.

Graham
