Weekend Event Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March 2015
JaguarForum.com members are having get together over the weekend of March 21st and 22nd.
Come one, come all, X, S XF, XK, XJ – or anything really. Everyone is welcome for a laidback day, some friendly chat, helpful advice, some interesting people and ofcourse some very interesting cars.
Saturday afternoon we will be at the De Havilland Aircraft Museum AL2 1BU http://www.dehavillandmuseum.co.uk/ from 12 noon. The entry fee to the Museum is £8 for adults including gift Aid – more details ontheir website.
Saturday evening we will be staying at the Mercure Hatfield Oaks Hotel for anybody travelling and wehave booked a private dining room.
On the Sunday we will be at the Royal Air Force Museum Hendon NW9 5QW from 10 am onwards http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/london/
We have a dedicated parking area. Entry is free but we have to pay to park £4 per car.

I have spent almost two years solidly on organising the Bi-Annual Brighton Convoy & Meet events and have got to a point where a compromise is needed to balance my work here and family life :-)
Soooo... I have been saying that the name of the event is too long, and I do think we can make the spring/summer event huge if I can increase the time I have for organising it.
My best way forward is to switch from Bi-Annual to Annual. This will give my home life more time, and give me more time to organise things.
I am hoping you guys are all OK with this.. it means that there will be just one forum thread per year, but running for nearer 9 months or so, rather than the current 5 months per meet. If I am able to focus resources on just the one meet I can hopefully make it bigger and get more sponsors onboard which will mean more goodies etc for us.
I have some ideas already for it and will open up a thread shortly to air my ideas and see what you guys go for and approve of OK?

My best way forward is to switch from Bi-Annual to Annual. This will give my home life more time, and give me more time to organise things.
I am hoping you guys are all OK with this.. it means that there will be just one forum thread per year, but running for nearer 9 months or so, rather than the current 5 months per meet. If I am able to focus resources on just the one meet I can hopefully make it bigger and get more sponsors onboard which will mean more goodies etc for us.
I have some ideas already for it and will open up a thread shortly to air my ideas and see what you guys go for and approve of OK?
