2002 jaguar x type no bnlower

I have a problem with a 2002 Jag x type the blower motor does not blow i install a new one blower motor and relay and still no blower it does have auto hvac I am also getting a code b2516

Don't know of any "b" codes. If it is a "P" code, P2516 = A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor "B" Circuit Range/Performance
