I recently needed to order some new business shirts and caps from my long time supplier who has a little shop in Pompano. While I was at it I asked him if he would mind making a couple caps for me with the Leaper Logo which was readily available at a good resolution on the net.
He didn't mind, so I was able to get them in my choice of cap and thread color (which was tan Khaki cap and "Brass" , which looks like gold, thread since that goes with my ride.) He's a really nice guy and the caps cost about what you pay on e-bay. If anyone in this area wants his info send me a PM with your contact info and I'll get back to you. Since I work for a living I may not do it immediately but I will get back to you.
I won't post it for the obvious reasons.
If you need business embroidery he's reasonable and does a very nice job.
