Bought a 2013 XK Special Edition from Harper Jaguar in Knoxville TN two months ago. Purchased a three year warranty with it too. After driving about 500 miles on it the check engine light came on.

Made a service appointment to check it out and to fix a twisted passenger seat belt. They called and said the part that needed replacing wouldn’t be covered by the warranty company. I don’t know why? It wasn’t a normal ware and tear part. Total came to just over $1000. Let the service manager know I was angry about it. Asked if there was anything he could do. Went to pick it up and the dealership manager met me and said they would cover the whole thing for me.

They didn’t have to do that but they knew I had just bought the car from them so they covered the whole service even fixing the seatbelt. That was a welcome surprise.

So so hats off to Harper Jaguar for great customer service!
