I've moved your question from Jaguar Forums Feedback & Suggestion Center to US Lower Atlantic Region forum. This should be the best place to attract attention of members in Florida with knowledge of suitable independents.
However, finding expertise on the E-Type and the V12 can be difficult. If there's no suggestions forthcoming here in the next few days, I can move or copy it to E-Type (XK-E) forum for you.
