Default South Florida (Boca Raton area) Jag tech needed

I have a 2003 Jaguar XK, and I believe it needs a fuel pump replacement. Is there anyone in the area that is able to do this? Anything I can check to see what else it can possibly be fuel related?

Thank you

James

I've had good luck with Jag Repairs in Pompano Beach. Mitch Levine. He replaced the fuel pump in by 2002 XKR many years back.

Thank you Alljags, they are not too far from me. How much can I expect to pay?

I give a thumbs up to Jag Repairs in Pompano Beach. Mantained my 96 XJ6 for four years. Always reasonable in his bills. I recently moved to Cocoa and I'm concerned about finding another good shop.

I have an independent guy in Pompano who only works on european cars and is very reasonable. He worked on a friend's jag and he had good things to say about him...

I am going to give him a shot on my convertible top hydraulic lines so I will let you know what I think of his work after he completes the job (and then I will post his contact info).

If I remember right, Jag Repairs charged around $800 to replace both pumps. Mitch used Jaguar OEM parts which of course weren't cheap. You could save several hundred $ by using aftermarket pumps which are widely available and I've heard are just as good as OEM.
