It can be tricky to find someone willing to work on a jag depending on the year... Look for guys that work on older porsches and mercedes as they are more common that jag specialty. Shops that are more of resto/hobby are more frequent down here than snazzy dealer types, and if you find the right ones they'll be doing better work than the slick ones anyway! Find a mechanic who's willing to make a few calls and google a few things to do it right rather than guess at it.

Over here east of you in Jesup. I have been through Tifton a couple of times lately. You might check with people at Auto Quest Investments. They have/had an XKE there lately. I would think they might know someone who works on them there.
And that restuarant across the street(Charles or Charleys) is pretty good! We eat there every time we go through there.
