Tampa Bay British Car Club Members and Friends:
Another well attended Burger Quest at Capogna’s Dugout. Approximately 37 attended the get together and a great time was had by all.
The next Burger Quest is April 19 at the Clear Sky Draught Haus in Dunedin.
This Thursday March 26 is the Tampa Bay British Car Club’s Monthly Meeting at The Paradise Restaurant on Main Street in Safety Harbor. Meeting starts at 7:00 PM, come early and join us for dinner.
This Saturday is Slicks Garage Day Time Car Show , 10 AM to 3 PM, 923 5th St W, Palmetto. Fiona and I are planning to attend.
This is the St Petersburg Grand Prix weekend.
I hope everyone can get out and enjoy one or more these events. Remember a happy British Car gets regular exercise.

Remember, traveling in packs (Fiona said that should be "a herd with tools") is the safest way to go, so if there is somewhere you want to go and would like company there is usually someone in the club that would like the company also.

April 15 - Cherokee, NC. - Peace Love Mini - Mini 56. We're going back to the amazing twisty roads around Cherokee, North Carolina. The theme is 60's Hippie!! Located at the south entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and at the beginning of the Blue Ridge Parkway we will be based within the beautiful mountains with amazing roads. As with all of our CMU events, we like to drive, and that's what we'll be doing. We will have drives each of the three days with plenty of stops and things to see. Friday night will be the Hippie party with the swap meet and silent auction. The Campground and hotel fill up fast so go to the club website and get all of the information. As with all of our events, this is for everybody, but all of the drives/cruises/anything is only for classic Minis and its variants produced from 1959-2000, no exceptions. April 15 - Cherokee, NC. - Peace Love Mini - Mini 56. We're going back to the amazing twisty roads around Cherokee, North Carolina. The theme is 60's Hippie!! Located at the south entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and at the beginning of the Blue Ridge Parkway we will be based within the beautiful mountains with amazing roads. As with all of our CMU events, we like to drive, and that's what we'll be doing. We will have drives each of the three days with plenty of stops and things to see. Friday night will be the Hippie party with the swap meet and silent auction. The Campground and hotel fill up fast so go to the club website and get all of the information. As with all of our events, this is for everybody, but all of the drives/cruises/anything is only for classic Minis and its variants produced from 1959-2000, no exceptions.
