The Brits by the Bay Picnic is this Saturday!!!!!

The Brits By the Bay Winter Picnic is December 6 at Philippe Park in Safety Harbor. Starts at 10 AM, food at noon and finishes at about 3 PM. This is our most popular event. Please bring a side dish or dessert. TBBCC will provide Burgers, hot Dogs, drinks and all the fixings. Drive your British Car.
All Clubs, People and Cars are welcome.
We are collecting toy for Toys for Tots, Please bring a new unwrapped toy.

Tampa Bay British Car Club’s Burger Quest will be a week early this month, We are heading to Dairy Rich in Palm Harbor. The date is December 14 at 1:30 PM at Dairy Rich. They are located at 3109 Alt 19, Palm Harbor, just north of Alderman Rd (on the west side). Limited parking and seating so come early. They have a Great menu featuring Ice Cream, Burgers and Shakes. This is an original 1959 Dairy Queen with outside seating. It should be great weather to bring out our little British cars, so come out and join us for some fun, good food and drink.
The Presidents First Drive for “Damn I lost Count" January 1st, New Year's Day. We will meet at The Blackthorn Memorial at the North Rest Area of The Sunshine Skyway Bridge. For those joining us from the south, a secondary meeting place is at the BP station at 6351 U.S. 19, Terra Ceia, FL 34250. Both drivers meeting will be at 10:15 AM, departure will be after the meeting, Don't be late. A fun drive thru the back roads of the Manatee County and Lunch at Woodys River Roo. After lunch we have been invited to tour Slicks Garage, As seen on the HIT Discovery Channel TV Show "Highway to Sell". Always a fun drive and a great day. Come join us and "Come Play with Little British Cars". All Cars, Clubs and People are welcome to join the drive.

Dues will be due on January 1, 2015 and delinquent after January 31st.
All members and these new members that joined before October 1, 2014, your dues are due. Once again we are keeping the dues at $30.00 per annum. You can pay at any club event. The Classic Motorsport Magazine will be included with all memberships paid by January 31, 2015.
Jeff Zorn has been looking into a Car Club Cruse on the Brilliance of the Sea on March 5, Sailing to Cozumel. Here is the info for a group:
Inside cabin runs $839.70 for two category N
Oceanview cabin runs $883.70 category H
Each cabin receives $150.00 shipboard credit.
For balcony cabins category E2 balconies run $1153.70
And D2 run $1271.70 per cabin with a $250.00
shipboard credit for each cabin and also gratuities covered by agency
for balcony and above. All prices are double occupancy.

Presented by the Treasure Island and Madeira Beach Chambers of Commerce, and held at 1 Park Place at 106th Avenue, the show is open to all makes and models, with dash plaques for the first 100 entered, 85 total awards, door prizes, vendors, 50/50 drawing, and food and beverage is available. December 7 - Chamber of Commerce Benefit Car and Truck Show. 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Presented by the Treasure Island and Madeira Beach Chambers of Commerce, and held at 1 Park Place at 106th Avenue, the show is open to all makes and models, with dash plaques for the first 100 entered, 85 total awards, door prizes, vendors, 50/50 drawing, and food and beverage is available. Pre-registration is $15, day of show is $20, cars for sale are $10, and vendors are $25. Premium Car Shows | Quality judged car shows throughout Florida and Georgia since 1991.

December 14 - Tampa Bay British Car Club’s Burger Quest is heading to Dairy Rich in Palm Harbor. The date is 12/14 at 1:30 PM at Dairy Rich. They are located at 3109 Alt 19, Palm Harbor, just north of Alderman Rd. Limited parking and seating so come early. They have a Great menu featuring Ice Cream, Burgers and Shakes. This is an original 1959 Dairy Queen with outside seating. It should be great weather to bring out our little British cars, so come out and join us for some fun, good food and drink.
December 14 - Quaker Steak and Lube Christmas CAR & TRUCK SHOW. Day of show registration time 11 AM to 3 PM. Awards presented at around 5 P.M. 10400 49th Street North, the show is open-to-all, Pre-registration is $15, day of show is $20 Each participant is asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy and five canned goods.. January 1 - The Presidents First Drive for "Too Many Times To Count". New Year's Day, at The Blackthorn Memorial at the North Rest Area of The Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Drivers meeting at 10:00 AM. Secondary meeting place is at the BP station at 6351 U.S. 19, Terra Ceia, FL 34250 at 10:15 AM. A fun drive thru the back roads of the Manatee County and Lunch at Woodys River Roo. After lunch we have been invited to tour Slicks Garage, As seen on the HIT Discovery Channel TV Show "Highway to Sell". Always a fun drive and a great day. Come join us and "Play with Little British Cars".
