Tampa Bay British Car Club and Friends:

Next Sunday, March 8 is the St Petersburg Festival of Speed at Vinoy Park in downtown St Petersburg.

The Tampa Bay British Car Club has been given special event pricing, The usual entry cost of $50 has been waved, all they ask is a charitable donation to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. The donation is as much or as little as you want.

How to register: Go to the website ( Festivals of Speed | Car Show ) and click entry guidelines then click registration. Fill in the form and right after your name type "BRITISH CLUB". The on line registration closes Friday March 6th at midnight.

After registration email Joe Sabatini at festivalsofspeed@comcast.net with the subject line "Tampa Bay British Car Club - Please sent a parking pass pdf for the St Petersburg Festival of Speed" Print the parking pass for access to the show field. The pass will allow entry for two people and your car.
Show parking load in will be Sunday morning from 7 to 9 AM, don't be late. The only access gate will be at the east end of 7 Ave NE, next to Northshore Park. The Tampa Bay British Car Club will be parked together on the brick street, same as late year.

Due to the short time, BRING YOUR donation check payable to the PEDIATRIC CANCER FOUNDATION to the show. You can drop your check at the registration booth on the day of the show.

After 9 AM the gate will be closed and locked, Cars can not leave until after the awards presentation at about 4 PM. So be prepared for a long day. Bring a chair, some shade and drinks. In the past access to food has been limited with long lines.

This is one of the largest and best shows in the area. Hope to see a great turn out of club members.
