Cool. I’ll either have my Convertible GT6 Resto-Mod or my XKR (depending on the weather)

Glad you enjoyed it. It really was quite a good day, and a decent turn out too. That Jag XKE coupe was awfully pretty. How come you didn’t take a pic of that gorgeous GT6 Convertible? (mine of course - lol). Nuts - That Jenson must have showed up after I left early. Love them. Terrible car, but I always liked their looks.

Sorry about no pic of your car - as often happens, we had a very large Lotus group, and I was catching up with everyone, after a long winter. I got almost no pictures of the other cars, since I was cruising through, voting.

My experience with Jensen Healey was that my original Lotus dealer (in St. Louis) sold both Lotus and Jensen Healeys. I had a Jensen Healey as a loaner, almost every time I took my Lotus Europa in for service. Decent performance, but I didn't care for the look of the front-end of the car. When I first bought the Europa, I was given a Jensen Healey GT (the 'shooting brake' model) to use for a month, while the Europa was being prepped for me. I LOVED that car! That was in 1980. My girlfriend, at the time, inquired about buying the car, but they wanted (gasp!) $10,000. We both agreed that was an astronomical price, and forgot about it. I've oand the nly ever seen one other Jensen Healey GT since then. I'm a sucker for all sorts of shooting brakes - MGB GT, Lamborghini Espada, and the Panamera Sport Turismo.
