Richmond Concours d'Elegance Sept 18
Ok, here is the official thread for the Concours d'Elegance in Richmond, VA on Sept 18th. The show is going to be more on the smaller side (they only have room for 25-35 Jags). The shop is occurring at Shockoe Slip region of Richmond. The show runs from noon to 4pm with a dinner following. Awards will be handed out at 7pm (at the dinner). The dinner is occurring at Sam Miller's Restaurant which is in the circle for Shockoe Slip. The address for Sam Miller's Restaurant is:

My intention is to meet a few blocks away at 11:30am to have our own little meet and greet (nice to put names to faces) and then at noon head over the last few blocks and be able to park all of our cars side by side a block or so from the show.
If you are looking to come, please post here so we can know how many spots we need to be looking for when it comes to parking. If someone in the Richmond area could find a parking lot near Canal Street that we can meet up, please pass on that info to me and I will post it here (I don't live near Richmond, but have been told by a friend that lives near there that there are a few empty store fronts with good size parking lots that we could possibly use).

For those that have not put their name on the list but do show up, I will be wearing jeans and a navy blue shirt that the back of it says "Shellback" in a big nautical theme. yell "Thermo" and I will look for you.
