Glad to see there's quite a few local KC area enthusiasts. I've been a member of the Heart of America (KC) Jag club since '81 and have a restored '64 E type OTS and a fresh XF Prestige. Just sold my fairly rare '05 S type R to a couple east of KC. I'd performed quite a bit of work on my S type so always glad to share my limited expertise with anyone. Extensive knowledge on the E type as I've done a nuts and bolts, ground-up restoration. Looking forward to revisiting the St. Louis area's concours in the near future with either my E or XF. Though covid has put a damper on our club's activities I'd invite all Jag owners to entertain joining our local club. Yes, we're Jag enthusiasts from varied backgrounds who enjoy getting our hands a little dirty and enjoying our car's to the fullest. Vintage or recent, we all enjoy the Jaguar marque and its rich heritage. Perhaps we'll see you at the Great American Car Show to benefit the KC Auto Museum in July at Liberty Memorial or perhaps the All British Meet in Merriam over the Labor Day weekend....assuming there's no cancellations. Google them online for entry info.
