my usual dealer has been Madison Jaguar for the past few cars, however they failed to deliver this time and I found a car at Great Neck at a steal of a price.

Im not too crazy about the dealership. The salesman Nick was kind of a good guy, but the finance manager was a total jerk. I actually had to WORK to get the price down to what I wanted. Nick would keep calling the Manager about a price (managers office was literally 30 feet away)....and the manager started getting annoyed and yelling on the phone telling Nick "if he doesnt like the price, he can leave".

that ended up pissing me off......and i kept going at the price until they finally caved in.

I havent been to the service center yet, so no comment. But all I can say is if you're going to shop there, prepare to put up a little fight
