Hello - New to the group. I have a 2004 X-Type that needs some work. I am not sure if I need a Jaguar Specialist (trying to avaid the dealerships fees). The car is having some leaks, the shifter is sometimes not going in reverse and sticks, door mirror is loose, inside door panel is llose, seat is loose as well as wanting to make sure all is is ok. I am deciding if I should make the repairs or trade it in. Any thoughts, comments or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Recommend you trade the 04 in for an 07, the last year for the X-type. Much better car with the 3 litre engine. My wife has one and she loves it.
