Question Collision place recommendation

Hi

I am in Pittsburgh PA and I am looking for a collision shop that works on Jaguars (and preferable affiliated with a dealership) and can do structural repair if needed. I am willing to travel up to 300 miles for a quality place.

Jaguar of Troy is within my reach and they are listed on Jag website as a certified shop. Can anyone share their experience? Any other place anyone can recommend in PA, OH, MI, MD, WV area?

Thanks

BlueXKR-S - I've moved your post from the General Tech section to the NE US Regional where you may get better response. I've also copied it to the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regional sections where our Ohio, Md or WV members may be able to make recommendations

regards,
Steve

You might be stuck with the Troy bodyshop. Truth is Jaguar certification is only available to those shops #1 sponsored by a Jaguar dealer and #2 aluminum certified by Jaguar. Anyone who claims to be Jag certified will be listed on the Jaguar site. If they are not listed they are not Jaguar certified. FYI the cost of certification runs about 100K for the shop without tech training. I know as I wanted to become Jaguar certified for my shop but because here in AZ the Penske dealer group already has it locked up through there Jaguar dealer I cant sadly. Can another shop do aluminum repair, absolutely! Any shop trained in aluminum repair can but if your vehicle needs anything structural that shop cant buy it new. That's the caveat, only certified Jaguar dealers can buy new structural aluminum parts. Hope this helps and good luck to ya.
