05 XJ8L in Chester County PA
I've owned a black 2005 XJ8L for one year and a half so far. Very pleased with the car. I had the air-ride suspension replaced under warranty in 09. No other problems besides regular maintenance. This was a tough winter for me - especially when I found there was barely any tread left in my rear tires!
I'm ready to replace the two rear tires soon. Anyone have any thoughts? I currently have Pirelli's on my 20" rims. I'm just beginning to shop around...

Hello,
I own a 2003 STR, black with cream interior.
Love the car. Get just as many complements on the Jag as I do the Porsche 911 convertible 993.
I'm minutes from Philly, in South Jersey.
Any local STR owners - I'd love to connect. Looking to improve the look and performance of my car.
I've debated about selling the Jag STR and upgrading to the now TATA motors Jags, but I get so many complements on this car and it brings me alot of joy. Not to mention no car payments.
Cheers,
JD

new hampshire here, just returned from LA where I looked, drove & brought an 85 XJ6 sovereign and drove it back to new hampshire. discovered a water leak at the water pump and that some of the switches are not operating properly. this is a one owner with 63K and has had very little time on the road over the past 10 years. the 88 year old owner had a stroke about five years ago. She decided to part with the jag and I was first in line. a calf. car without visable rust and very clean in & out.

Syracuse here, 2004 S type R 50,000 miles, just put away for the winter the salt is on the roads but I shall be doing a few upgrades and some preventive maintenance while it is off the road It isn't lonely either sitting next to my 1985 euro M6 Dinan turbo
I'll be up for a meet in the spring though figure something out and post it. See you in the good weather!

Pittsburgh here, been on the forum for years. Currently have a 2003 STR and just turned over 24,500 miles on the clock. She'll be put up for winter as soon as the first snow (salt) flies here.
Prior to the STR, had a 2002 X type for about 6 years. Had ups and downs but still loved it.
So, a springtime meet....I think I might be up for it if it was maybe in Eastern PA, maybe Northeastern PA? Seems to be a lot of Philly/Jersey guys, Western NY, and then New Englanders.

North/Central Nj here. There's a really big British car show in Vermont in Stowe.

I think it would be seriously awesome if we planned for a huge weekend getaway/cruise to Vermont from the tri-state area.
