I am probably moving to Brookings Oregon in 6 – 12 months and am debating whether or not to bring my 2001 Jaguar XK8 with 94,000 miles (second car). Does anyone know if there is an auto repair in the area that is qualified to do repairs. I have owned it for nine years And it has been basically trouble-free. A few small quirks have been resolved by these forums and I have only had one time where I needed to have it towed to the Jaguar dealership 70 miles away. My local Ford dealership was able to repair two small problems.
It's a remote area so I'm wondering what the repair situation would be. Please include Crescent City, CA if you know of places there.
