I am searching for a replacement nav dvd player for my 2003 s type. The old one has a part number of 2R8310E887AA. another number listed is 462100-8115.

My search for a used unit is finding units with the last two digits as being AB, Ac, AD and so on. Anyone know if they are compatable? Called a repair shop and the tech indicated they should be the same as long as the plugs match.

Some on ebay indicate the vin on the car has to be beyond a certain number. Not sure who to believe...thanks for any feedback
